A slight air gap is normal and desired. Do not over-fill the cartridge.
Overfilling can cause clogging or flooding when the lid is applied.
Requires 20-30 lbs of pressure to cap a single cartridge. May use arbor-style devices or by hand.
Grip the cartridge at the bottom by the steel 510 thread or ceramic base. Twist until significant resistance is found. Do not grip by the glass.
3-minute completion time For optimal results, complete the capping process within 3 minutes after filling. Changes in temperature or pressure may result in leaking (including transportation by air).
Store the cartridge upside down (lid-side down) With the rubber stoppers securely inserted onto the lid and 510 thread. Do not freeze or overheat the cartridges after filling.
